Instructions
Dice your tomatoes and onion.
Mince the garlic.
Chop your fresh basil.
Combine all the tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
Stir together.
Serve as a dip or on a baguette.
