Shrimp Nachos

Shrimp nachos are a savory and delicious dish for several reasons!

Ingredients
  

  • Batch of guacamole
  • 3 lbs of shrimp
  • 1 10 oz pack of queso Fresco white Mexican crumbling cheese
  • 1 bag of unbroken round chips
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet up to med-high and add ½ tbsp butter.
  • Place shrimp in the skillet and allow them to cook 2-4 minutes per side.
  • Add chilli powder, cumin and salt to the shrimp.
  • Remove the shrimp and let them cool down.
  • Open the chips and remove the flat ones.
  • Use a spoon to spread the guacamole evenly over the chip.
  • Add the shrimp on top of the chip.
  • Next add a bit of the queso Fresco cheese to each chip.
  • Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve!
