Shrimp Nachos

Shrimp nachos are a savory and delicious dish for several reasons!

- Batch of guacamole
- 3 lbs of shrimp
- 1 10 oz pack of queso Fresco white Mexican crumbling cheese
- 1 bag of unbroken round chips
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp butter
Heat skillet up to med-high and add ½ tbsp butter.
Place shrimp in the skillet and allow them to cook 2-4 minutes per side.
Add chilli powder, cumin and salt to the shrimp.
Remove the shrimp and let them cool down.
Open the chips and remove the flat ones.
Use a spoon to spread the guacamole evenly over the chip.
Add the shrimp on top of the chip.
Next add a bit of the queso Fresco cheese to each chip.
Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve!
