Baby Wipes – Different Ways to Use Them
Baby wipes used to be known to just clean your baby’s bottom. But now, you can find tons of ways to use baby wipes around your home!
You just have to think out of the box a bit and get creative! Below I will share some fun ways you can use baby wipes!
Clever Ways to Use Baby Wipes
Mani-Pedi: If you accidentally get polish on your skin, use a baby wipe to gently wipe the polish off. Works perfectly.
Hair Dye: If you color your hair at home, you might have run into getting hair dye on your skin, it can be hard to get off. Use a baby wipe to help lift the dye from your skin.
Self Tanner: Get too much self-tanner in a spot, use a wipe to remove the excess. It will help get rid of the Orange tinge.
Makeup Remover: If you ran out of makeup remover wipes, use a baby wipe. Works great at wiping off makeup, and is very gentle on the skin!
Fake House Plants: Use baby wipes to clean leaves on fake plants. It will remove the dust as well as give the leaves a nice shine!
Leather Furniture: Test this before you go out to clean a spot. If you get a spot on your leather furniture you can use a baby wipe to gently lift the stain up.
Clean Shoes: Have grass stains on shoes, or mud and dirt. Grab a wipe and get to scrubbing!
Car: Keep them in the car to clean dirty hands or wipe down the door handle and more. Never know what messes you might encounter. Also check out this DIY Car Organizer
Clean Pets Feet: If your dog or cat goes in and out of the house, use a wipe to clean their feet. Works great on rainy days when they come in a little damp, helps lessen tracking stuff through the house.
Clean Chalkboard: Have a chalkboard, then clean it with a baby wipe! Works great at cleaning away chalk. Just let the board dry before you write on it.
The best wipes I have used are Huggies One and Done Wipes. They last a lot longer and I usually buy in bulk so I have some as backup when needed. (You will always need back up for a Toddler and soon a Newborn.)

Baby wipes are the best! Even before having a baby I always had them on hand!

I’m impressed baby wipes can get nail polish off of skin.

I use them for that and sometimes fresh hair dye (or nail polish remover for hair dye). Works really well. It works as long as it isn’t dry yet.

Great tips! Although my girls have been potty trained for some time now, I always keep a pack of baby wipes around just in case. I am always trying to figure out how to get our chalkboard cleaner, now I know. Thanks!

I think it will become a habit to have at least a pack in the house. Kids make so many messes and sometimes not at a great time!
