This is really the best option as you could be staying at a hotel, air bnb, a friends house and such. You can stream it on your phone or laptop and just get to exercising. There are many options out there, but I highly recommend one that gives you many choices in style of exercise.
Use Hotel Gym
Many hotels these days offer a gym and fitness center for their guests. These places are often included in your stay, and it’s worth it to get in a workout when you’re on the road. There are also many people that would rather use the hotel gym because they may feel too self-conscious at public gyms. The first thing many people do when they arrive at the hotel is finding the gym or fitness center. They are normally busy in the early morning or right after dinner.
Pack Exercise Bands
Exercise bands are a great tool for an active traveler. They will allow you to stay in shape while on the road, and they can even be used to work out with when there isn’t an exercise room available! These bands are great because they’re both lightweight and compact, so you won’t have any trouble travelling with them. They come in a variety of weights and resistance levels, so you can start with whichever is most appropriate for your fitness level.
