You should make it a point to replace one instance of eating junk food each day with healthy snacks like fruits, vegetables, and protein.
By choosing to limit the amount of junk food you buy, you can start to feel better and improve your budget over time. You don’t have to eliminate junk food from your diet, but cutting back can help you significantly. Make small adjustments each shopping trip so you can incorporate more healthy foods into your diet.
