Scrumptious Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • ½  cup red onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼  cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • ¼  cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼  tsp salt
  • ¼  tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions:

  1. Dice your tomatoes and onion.
  2. Mince the garlic. 
  3. Chop your fresh basil.  
  4. Combine all the tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a bowl. 
  5. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. 
  7. Stir together.  
  8. Serve as a dip or on a baguette.
